Refund & Cancellation

SASI FASHION PALACE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

 

Under this Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the dispatch team and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • If you want to cancelyour order after parcel gets dispatched,  5% of charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order, in addiction to the courier charges when refunding.
  • SASI FASHION PALACEhas full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc…
  • In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 daysvia UPI ID based or Through Bank Account

Return Policy

  • SASI FASHION PALACE does not accept cancellation requests for slight difference in coloror Feel of Material.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the customer support team has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within the day of receipt of the products from the courier along with parcel opening video without any edit or cut should be shared with us on support@sasifashionpalace.com
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the SASI FASHION PALACE, it will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed to the customer end.
  • Exchange can be done with same or other products also. We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong item received.
  • No return or exchange will be entertained if the customer doesn’t meet the specific terms.
